We value your privacy. This Donation Privacy Policy outlines how your personal information is collected, used, and protected when you make a donation or tip to Susshimei.

When you tip or donate through Ko-fi, PayPal, Stripe, or other platforms, we may receive certain information such as your name/alias, email address, transaction reference, message, and donation amount. We do **not** collect or store credit card numbers, bank account details, or other sensitive financial information. All payment data is processed securely by third-party processors.
How We Use Your Information
Your information is used solely to display on-stream alerts (if configured), to show appreciation, to process membership rewards, and to comply with tax and bookkeeping regulations.
GDPR & Data Retention
In compliance with GDPR and privacy standards, any database activity logs relating to moderators, viewers, or transactions are purged regularly. We automatically clear mod action history every 24 hours. You may request the deletion of your donation record from our local display lists at any time by contacting us.
2. Donation Terms of Service
By tipping or donating to Susshimei, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.
Voluntary Contributions
Tipping or donating is completely optional and voluntary. Tips are intended as direct support to fund stream upgrades, collabs, and basic operations. Tipping does not purchase goods or services, nor does it guarantee specific content, actions, stream rules exceptions, or personal contact.
No Refunds & Chargeback Policy
**All tips and donations are final and non-refundable.** By initiating a transaction, you warrant that you are the authorized owner of the funds and payment method, and that you will not initiate a chargeback or payment dispute. Unwarranted chargebacks will result in a permanent ban from all Susshimei streams, Discord servers, and websites.
Minors
If you are under the age of 18, you must obtain explicit permission from a parent or legal guardian before sending any tips or making purchases on this platform.
